Matt GaffneyMatt Gaffney is responsible for working with Enindico clients. Matt was a Melbourne-based Partner with a ‘Big 4’ international accounting firm between 2005 and 2010, having joined that firm in 1994. He had a primary client focus on businesses in wine, food and other branded consumer products. He was involved in valuations of businesses, brands and other intangible assets, and also gained experience in financial due diligence, financial modelling, business planning, pre-lending reviews and the raising of debt and equity funding. Matt’s other recent responsibilities extended to Oceania leadership of the People agenda of his division, which covered human resources, as well as learning and development, matters. He also had local co-leadership of the charitable efforts of the firm and had been asked to be a mentor to a number of colleagues and former colleagues at the firm.

Prior to this, Matt had 18 months as Commercial Manager with a Melbourne-based engineering business and over four years with the ‘middle market’ division in Melbourne of a predecessor to another ‘Big 4’ international accounting firm.

Matt is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from The University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Matt is undertaking the Accredited Coach Training Program of the Institute of Executive Coaching Australia program to become an Associate of the Institute of Executive Coaching Australia and as part of working towards accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.

Petrina Crocker is responsible for managing the Enindico practice on a part-time basis.
